My coaching philosophy is quite simple: try to offer the best coaching to riders that is
to say working with athletes to help them achieving their own goals making cycling fun and enjoyable.
The aim of my method is to put the rider in the centre of all the competences
available to enhance his skills: techniques analysis, physiology, biomechanics
analysis, aero optimisation, tactics, perception, psychology…
I’m fully convinced the best coaching and performance follow up are the keys of
doping prevention.

When I announced my departure to British Cycling in 2008, French Velo Magazine highlighted it
as a 'great loss for French Cycling'.
Becoming a British Cycling Coach for me was a long process begining in 2005 when I collaborated
with GB Squad as Performance Engineer in Cofidis Team and focal point for Bradley Wiggins.
I'm now proud to be a British Cycling Road & TT Coach and ABCC Member.
