I'm very proud to announce the Official release of CoachmyRide: the 1st cycling coaching application available on iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch. With CoachMyRide I tried to design a real rider toolbox proposing more than 99 workouts. The Philosophy of CoachMyRide is to help time-crunched riders to improve their performance and to help beginners to enjoy their rides. The application will transform your rides in structured workouts. You'll find too an expensive documentation to understand key parameters in cycling performance.
All workouts are based on the training zones I use with Elite Riders and CoachMyRide includes a training zones calculator.
